HOW CAN I HELP?
That is the first thought that comes into my mind when a client or potential client approaches me about training.
There are many different reasons for hiring me, the most important reason is the simple fact that I GET RESULTS for the client. Bottom line, if a client has wishes and desires for a better body and the life enhancement that comes with it, that becomes my focus. I utilize the latest science, motivation, enjoyable techniques, technology plus personal one on one support to achieve the desired results. If you want results, then you want to work with me.
Studies show, that 80% of people cannot achieve their physical goals without the aid of a trainer, and those that do use a trainer are very satisfied with the results.
However, I am not just any trainer. Being a mother of two, having been through the years of bodily changes and changes due to the natural aging process, I understand the physical and psychological stages of life that a person goes through. That in mind, I am much better able to identify a solution, and adapt accordingly as the client progresses. Motivation and support are ever present and ever needed.
The one common statement from my clients that I hear over and over again, is, I Wish I Had Done This Years Ago!!
They simply are amazed at their progress and enjoy the benefits of being fit and staying fit. They also come to realize through the training process, that there is much more to it than simply working out. There are stages of progress, and as an experienced Trainer, I am constantly aware of tweaking the program to keep the individual progressing.
One thing I do not subscribe to, is No Pain No Gain. Yes, you have to work hard to a certain degree, but I have seen trainers who are rough on the knees, ankles, etc. to achieve results, and I do not participate in activities that will wear down your knees etc., I believe we are going to live longer than people’s joints usually last, so we need to get into top shape without harming the body in the process.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer, and also a Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I began instructing people when I was 20 years old when Certified as an International Fitness and Dance Group Instructor.
